Our trip to Sonoma Valley included some time in San Francisco, especially at Alcatraz and Fisherman's Wharf. We did a little shopping while we were there. We stayed in Rohnert Park, right outside of Santa Rosa. We drove to the ocean, to Bodega Bay where scenes from the movie The Birds were filmed. Then it was time to head to wine country and many tastings at some great wineries. The trip included a stop at a chocolate maker and a cheese maker to bring back the best things California had to offer. Last but not least, we went to the Charles M. Schulz Museum, with all the Peanuts characters in tow. What fun!
