Cheesy Chili Dip


 
  • 1 can (15-ounce) chili without beans
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon southwest seasoning
  • 4 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small roma tomato, chopped
  • 1 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • sour cream
  • tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350. Layer bottom of deep dish baking pan with chili. Mix cream cheese, seasoning, and garlic together and spread over chili. Spread onions, tomato, and olives over the cream cheese layer. Spread shredded cheese over the top. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
