Chunky Chili Cheese Dip


 
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded American cheese
  • 2 4-ounce cans diced chiles
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapenos
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • vegetable crackers
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, blend mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth. Add cheese, chiles, onion, jalapeno peppers, and garlic; beat at high speed for 3 minutes. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with vegetable thins.
