Cinnamon Rolls


  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar 
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2-1/2 tsp. dry yeast
Mix ingredients in bread maker on dough cycle. Roll out dough into a 9-inch square. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter over dough. 
Spread on filling:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
Roll dough up tightly, pinch to seal. Cut roll into 1-inch slices. Place in greased pan, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until double in size. Bake at 375º for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with glaze.

 

Vanilla Glaze 
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. milk
Mix until smooth.
