Biscuits and Sausage Gravy


  • 1/4 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • warm biscuits
In a skillet over medium heat cook the sausage until no longer pink; drain if necessary. Stir in flour, butter, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until butter is melted. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes. Serve over warm biscuits.
