- 1 1/2 pounds hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 7 slices white bread, cubed
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can chilies
Beat eggs with milk. Layer in order listed. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Makes 10 - 12 servings.
