- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients stirring only enough to blend together. Allow the batter to rest 20-30 minutes. Cook on a griddle. Makes 6 - 8 pancakes.
