- 1 package Turkey Store® brand turkey breast slices
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 1½ cup chicken broth
- 2 cups baby carrots, halved lengthwise
- 6 red unpeeled new potatoes, quartered
In a large skillet, melt margarine. Add turkey and pepper. Cook until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. in small bowl, combine flour and broth, mix well. Add to skillet with carrots and potatoes. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to low, cook covered 8 - 10 minutes. Add turkey, turning to coat with sauce. Cook 5 minutes more.
