- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- 4 boneless rib-eye steaks about ½-inch thick (about 5 ounces each)
Preheat grill to high. In small bowl, combine garlic, onion, and chili powders with cumin. Sprinkle salt on both sides of each steak. Place scant teaspoon of seasoning mix on just 1 side of each steak, then rub spices in.
Place steaks on grill spiced side down and grill to desired doneness. (For medium-rare cook 2 minutes on each side.)
