Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

  • 1 clove garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher or sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  • ½ cup olive oil

In a blender, combine vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, gradually add oil and blend until combined.

Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.  Stir just before serving.
