Stuffing

| Sauté bulk pork sausage in
a large frying pan, breaking it up into small pieces. When the
sausage starts to brown, add the onions, celery, and mushrooms.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Add the stick of butter until melted then
add the chicken broth. Cook until heated through.
Place the stuffing cubes In a large bowl and pour the mixture from the frying pan over the stuffing. Stir gently. Stuff the turkey, do not overfill. Remaining stuffing can be baked in a covered casserole dish at 325° for 20 minutes. Serve immediately. |
