- 1 large head of cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
In a large bowl, toss the cabbage, onion, and carrot together. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients well. Pour dressing over cabbage. Toss to coat cabbage mix. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
