Fried Rice


  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Nature's Seasons
In a large skillet, cook and stir onion and peppers on oil until tender. Stir in rice. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in beaten eggs, cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes longer. Season with Nature's Seasons and serve.

Makes 4-5 servings.
