- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 pound rotini noodles, cooked
- 1/4 pound salami, thin sliced
- 1/4 pound cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill.
