- 6 large red tomatoes
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 8 ozs. fresh mozzarella cheese (ball shaped from the deli)
Wash and thinly slice tomatoes, removing white core.Wash and cut basil leaves into ribbons. Slice the mozzarella cheese. Layer tomatoes, cheese, and basil on a serving plate. Drizzle with dressing. Dressing
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1 tsp. basil
- ½ tsp. flake salt
- ¼ tsp. granulated garlic
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Whisk ingredients together. Drizzle over the tomatoes and serve immediately.
