Cheesecake


  • 1 1/2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Mix crumbs and butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a spring form pan.

 

  • 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 8-ounce container sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla

 

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in the sweetened condensed milk; beat in eggs then the sour cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan .

Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool. Refrigerate.
