| Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until
well blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Mix
crumbs, butter, and 3 tbsp. sugar together. Press into a 13x9 baking pan. Pour
batter over crust. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
Refrigerate overnight. Cut into bars. (Line pan with foil for easy removal.) |
