Cheesecake Bars


  • 3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Mix crumbs, butter, and 3 tbsp. sugar together. Press into a 13x9 baking pan. Pour batter over crust. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into bars. 

(Line pan with foil for easy removal.)
