Pistachio Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix (not the kind with pudding in the mix)
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix ingredients until well blended. Bake in greased bundt pan for 35 - 40 minutes. Invert onto a cake plate.
 
  • 2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 packages dream whip
  • 3 cups milk
Beat on high speed until frosting peaks (about 5 minutes). Dollop generously onto cooled cake. Serve immediately.
